Welcome, Autumn… it’s been a while!
You and I both know this time of year isn’t always the easiest for me. I’m a child of Summer, after all. The shorter days and grey skies often bring a certain stillness, sometimes even a shadow.
But this Autumn feels different.
Not because the weather is warmer, or the sky any less grey, but because I’ve decided to find a different kind of warmth: one that comes from within. Through poetry, through slow days, through light.
This season, I’m embracing introspection and building small rituals that keep my spirit bright. Here are a few of my favourite essentials for this seasonal transition:
✨ My S.A.D. Lamp – my go-to for keeping energy and mood balanced when sunlight fades.
🕯️ My Candles – soft light and scent that awaken the senses and calm the mind.
🖋️ My Notepad & Pen – because good stationery makes the act of writing poetry feel sacred.
You can now find them all here, on this website: a space for light, words, and warmth.
Let’s move through this Autumn together, one thoughtful day at a time.
